the staff members were hospitable, helping us communicate through Google Translate. the room was clean, spacious and had a remarkable balcony offering stunning views of the mountains. the swimming pool was refreshing while the breakfast buffet had a good variety of Thai and international food. the hotel's owner went the extra mile to provide travel options for our next trip.
The absence of a separate washing area or mini-kitchen in the family room was a drawback, which could have been desirable for long stays.

We had an incredible stay in this hotel. It is located in a serene area surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful walking paths. The hotel has a stunning swimming pool and fantastic facilities. We were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The breakfast was fantastic and served on a balcony with a breathtaking view. The staff were friendly, hospitable, and always ready to help us.
No negatives from this place.

Lush greenery and large family rooms are good for big groups. WiFi and breakfast were included as advertised. The location is perfect for those looking to escape the city and enjoy some fresh air.
The beds were uncomfortable and the dogs barking at night made it hard to sleep. Additionally, the lack of rubbish bins, ant infestations in the bathroom, and dark-colored decor didn't add to the experience. not worth the price.

We spent our Christmas holidays in a hotel in a peaceful location, surrounded by mountains and with a stunning view. the staff was very friendly and helpful, always trying to communicate with us even though there were language barriers. We were given a very clean and comfortable room with great air conditioning and comfortable beds. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of traditional Thai dishes and drinks to choose from.
There was a limited range of soft drinks available, and we had to go elsewhere to satisfy our preferences. the distance from the centre made it a little inconvenient to move around and explore the city.
